Reiki & Restore | Omaha

Join Alexis M for 75 minutes of gentle yin yoga accompanied by the subtle yet powerful effects of Reiki. Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that utilizes Universal Energy to help release energetic blockages, reduce stress, and restore balance to the body, mind, and spirit. This class is perfect for those seeking deep rest, emotional healing, or a gentle reset.
